After yesterday's post on my new favourite foundation, I stopped by the Chanel counter at Holt's today and picked up a few new goodies to try. I only intended to pick up the Sheer Illuminating Base but decided to try the Natural Finish Loose Powder and Éclat Lumiére for under my eyes as well. I'll let you know what I think! Here's a bit of info about each product:

The Sheer Illuminating Base is described as a multi-tasking fluid that 'primes' skin perfectly for makeup, while adding subtle contours and radiance to the face. It's unique blend of powders is also supposed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines for a smooth, even, flawless finish.

Chanel's Natural Finish Loose Powder is an oil-free powder that says it will provide skin with a sheer, natural finish and disguise imperfections without emphasizing lines and skin blemishes (thanks to the inclusion of photo-reflective pigments). I've read a lot of great reviews for this powder so I hope it lives up to all the hype.

Éclat Lumiére claims to add new radiance to makeup and dark areas of the face. It's also supposed to reduce the appearance of fine lines and lighten dark circles. I'm trying this as an under eye concealer so I'll let you know how it works. I wondering whether it'll be similar to YSL's Touche Éclat... I guess I'll let you know!
